A busy salon was missing calls during peak hours and after closing, losing bookings to voicemail. Staff couldn't answer the phone while serving clients.
What I built
An AI voice agent that picks up every call, understands natural speech, checks live availability, books or reschedules the appointment, and confirms by text. Calls that need a human are warm-transferred or logged as a lead.
